Our pay is based on talk time (TT) minutes and varies with performance:

• Starting rate: $0.25 per TT minute
• Top rate: $0.32 per TT minute, based on performance

Special projects and secondary (unposted) shifts offer different rates of pay. 

As an agent, you will handle inbound donation calls for a variety of projects, including:
 

• PBS
• ASPCA
• PBSA
• Wounded Warrior
• St. Jude
• Covenant House
• Inspirational Network (JOM, PTV, IFCJ)
• Mercy Ships
• Operation Smile
• World Wildlife Federation
• And many more
   

Our goal is for agents to acquire every skill, which typically takes about four months. This will maximize your call volume throughout the year. When logged in, you will receive any calls for which you are skilled.

The Pledge Drive does not contract with residents of California, Delaware, Massachusetts, Louisiana, West Virginia, Wyoming, Vermont, and South Dakota due to state laws regarding independent contractor requirements.
 

Individuals of Utah and Washington requires an established business to service. 

The project is straightforward, and the systems are user-friendly. You will not need to log in through a VPN or download any software. Access is through three programs via your ACD Gateway.

• Calls are generally under 4 minutes.
• Calls are scripted.
• Inbound calls only – no outbound or solicitation.
• Primarily data entry with the donor on the line.

• 24/7 availability – schedule your own hours from posted shifts.
• New hours drop every Monday night at 9:00 PM EST.
• Highest call volumes are during nights and weekends.

• Windows Based PC with Anti-Malware Security Software-  Note: Mac/Apple systems are not compatible with ACD Direct platforms and programs. Chromebooks do not provide the full functionality necessary to run the platform.
• Windows 10, 11, or above-  CPU (Intel or AMD) 2GHz or equivalent-2GB RAM minimum
• Cable, DSL, FiOS internet with minimum bandwidths of 10mbps upload and 25 mbps download
• USB headset that is noise cancelling.
• A room free of background noises.

• As an independent contractor you are required for your own equipment and internet fees.
• You are responsible for paying an enrollment fee of $30 to enroll. This fee is paid at the end of this form by clicking the enroll now button. 
• You are responsible for your own background check which is $19.99 and is due at a later time in the certification process. ACD will prompt you to pay this fee when the time comes. 
• Fees paid are non-refundable.

• Your success on this platform depends on you getting started and following the instructions.
• Certification is self-paced. It is expected that you will have registration and certification completed within 7-10 days. It is up to you to move forward. Failure to move forward means you will not be certified or get to work.
• Failure to certify in the allotted timeframe can and will result in deactivation of login credentials.
• You must log in every day on your portal and check for items needed. The certification team will communicate with you inside the portal.
• Communication is the key to being successful on this project.
