1. Make the Test Call

• Scenario: You are calling for an elderly loved one and would like details on how much Life Alert costs and how it works. Life Alert is a button one can press to call for emergency help.

2. During the Call
Gather enough information to complete the following questions afterward:

• Describe the product you were offered and the pricing details.
• Describe your experience with the representative, focusing on whether they were friendly, helpful, and professional.
• Describe the determining factor that influenced your opinion of whether or not you would choose this company for its services based on this call.
• Call notes should be a minimum of 4-5 sentences
  

3. After the Call

Complete the form that appears after your call. You may want to note the Master Code, IBO Identifier, and company details before starting to make the process easier.

4. Submit Your Test Call
The test call must be submitted as a TEST CALL using the link below. Make sure to fill out all required information on the form to confirm completion. A valid photo ID is required to prove you are a US resident.

Once submitted, the client will review your call and you can expect to start the following week making calls. No feedback will be provided on your call. They only reach out if there is an issue with your submission.

Test calls are required and are due by end of business today (8PM EST). If you cannot complete this simple test call accurately, you will not be able to meet the requirements for our other opportunities.
